How to navigate the Cybersecurity tracks

After this lesson, you will be able to: Understand how the LastWrite Cybersecurity tracks are organized so you can navigate them confidently.

Cybersecurity is a parent track containing 11 specialised sub-tracks plus a free Intro lesson. This short page explains the structure so you know exactly where to start and what unlocks what.

This is a free introductory lesson. No purchase required.

How the Cybersecurity tracks work

We've split cybersecurity into the same domains the industry uses. IAM, AppSec, Pentest, IR, and so on. Every domain is its own sub-track of 7-8 lessons. You don't need to take them in order: pick the ones you care about and earn a certification per sub-track.

💡 Start here, the free Intro lesson

Before any sub-track unlocks, complete the free Intro to Cybersecurity lesson. It maps the entire field in 25 minutes and helps you pick where to dig in.

The full Cybersecurity certification

Complete every domain sub-track plus the NIST Framework sub-track to earn the full Cybersecurity certification. The AI in Cybersecurity sub-track is optional and counts as a separate cert, you can take it any time after the intro.
